LCHF Kokosgröt / Coconut porridge
1 dl Extra Creamy Coconut milk
2 ägg / eggs
2 msk kokosmjöl / tbsp coconut flour
Kardemumma / Cardamom (optional - or other seasoning)
1 nypa salt / pinch of salt
Sjud upp alla ingredienser under omrörning på medelvärme till önskad konsistens. Servera med hallon och kokosmjölk!
Mix all ingredients in a pot over medium heat and let it simmer a couple of minutes while stirring continously until you have your preffered consistency. Serve with raspberries and coconut milk!
