LCHF Fudgy Chocolate Protein Balls

 
 
2 dl protein pulver / protein powder (I used one with cappuccino taste)
75 g smör / butter
2 msk grädde / tbsp cream
1 dl kokosflingor / coconut flakes
2 msk kakao / tbsp cocoa powder
1,5 msk sötströ / tbsp sweetner (erythriol or similar)
2 tsk chia frön / tsp chia seeds
3-4 droppar arraks arom / drops of arrack essens
 
Mixa alla ingredienser i en matberedare tills det blir en jämn kladdig massa. Forma till bollar och rulla i kokosflingor. Ställ i kyl och låt kallna.
 
Mix all ingredients together in a processor until smooth dough. Shape little round balls and roll in coconut flakes. Put in fridge to cool.
