LCHF Almond & Raspberry Mugcake

As many of you guys are asking for this recipe in English, here it comes in both Swedish and English! :)
 
1 ägg / egg
1 msk grädde / tbsp cream
0,5 dl mandelmjöl / almond flour
1 msk kokosmjöl / tbsp coconut flour
0,5 msk sötströ / tbsp sweetners (erythriol or similar)
0,5 tsk bakpulver / tsp baking powder
1,5 mks krossat linfrö / tbsp crushed flax seeds
2 droppar bittermandelessens / drops of bitter almond oil
1 nypa vaniljpulver / pinch of vanilla powder
1 nypa salt / pinch of salt
3-4 msk hallon / tbsp raspberries
smör till muggen / butter to the mug
 
Blanda alla ingredienser utom hallon till en smet. / Stir all ingredients except the raspberries together.
Smöra koppen. / Butter the cup.
Varva smet med hallon i muggen. / Alternate the dough with raspberries in the cup.
Mikra på full effekt i 1 minut och 15-30 sekunder. / Microwave on full heat for 1 min and 15-30 sec.
Vänd upp och ned på en tallrik eller ät ur muggen. / Turn the mug upside down on a plate or eat right out of the cup.
Servera med grädde eller grädde vispat med lite yoghurt :) / Serve with whipped cream or cream whipped with a little yoghurt :)
